Here are a few basic things to keep in mind while you are trying our ‘30 Day Trial Service’ or you have already subscribed to one or more Brandsum services online:

• Kindly see to it that you type the correct e-mail id in the 'E-mail ID' box.
• The password is case sensitive, so make sure that you are using the right casing while typing letters and not clicking on your space bar.
• Try to copy-paste the auto generated password when you login for the first time instead of typing.
• Please change your password to a suitable one after you have logged on to your account. This way you will have to take the help of 'Forget Password' link.
• Always use the same machine from which you have logged on for the first time. In your first login a cookie is set in your machine which recognizes you every time you login.
• 'COOKIES ACHHE HAIN'! Yes, cookies are good things and are not viruses. Try not to delete cookies from the machine you have accessed Brandsum service(s).
• In case the cookie gets deleted or the PC is formatted, email us at help@brandsum.com for account reactivation.
